I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable with a great view of Lake Charlevoix, and the lobby to elevator area was beautifully decorated in blues and yellows. The service was top-notch, from promptly checking me in to being friendly and accommodating throughout. The location was perfect, just a couple of blocks from downtown restaurants and within walking distance of a cycling event finish. Dining at Robert's was a delightful experience. The hotel facilities were excellent with modern amenities.

I had an amazing time at the hotel! The room was wonderful with a unique layout on the main floor, offering stunning views of the lake from both levels. It was spotless, super comfy, and that lake view was unbeatable. The service was top-notch, extremely friendly, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. The location couldn't have been better, being close to downtown Boyne City and right on the shores of Lake Charlevoix. Although the dining was limited to one option at Robert's, the octopus millefeuille was a standout dish. The facilities were great - overall, a fantastic experience.
